Claricent Consulting Services was incorporated in 2016. It is a Development and Business consulting organization which brings world class solutions to African firms and organizations. We develop multi-faceted structured solutions in diverse practice areas. Our core business is to assist the public sector, non-governmental organizations, Cooperative Banking Institutions, Cooperatives, Small Medium Enterprises and the private sector to conceive and deliver solutions that can help them meet their development objectives.
We combine skills and competencies in cooperative banking, organisational development, performance management, finance, corporate governance, management, micro-finance, auditing, strategic management, risk management, business continuity management, organisational development, customer management, banking and policy analysis to assist organizations to identify their decline and embark on transformation to position themselves for sustainable business performance and improvement. We are African and have a passion for our continent. We understand the development issues and the myriad of challenges that organisation face in the African continent.
We develop solutions that are informed by strategies targeted at turning ailing institutions into viable ones. Our structured approach to development consulting work that we conduct is always preceded by a detailed and extensive diagnostic, that seek to understand the organisation's condition in comparison to acceptable standards.
